Il continuo scambio e gli intensi contatti con esperti e ricercatori a livello internazionale ci permettono di verificare costantemente in campo medico, fisioterapico e sportivo, gli effetti delle MBT sul corpo umano. Gli effetti delle MBT vengono confermati dalla ricerca.Specifici esercizi vengono aggiornati e implementati per ottimizzare l'uso di MBT come attrezzo d'allenamento o come strumenti per l'applicazione medico-terapica.
